Participants will be able to:

• Lead others more effectively through the use of situational leadership
• Practice corrective discipline and implement District policies when supervising others
• Pinpoint problems to improve performance or work habits

The Academy has served over 300 participants across the state. Comments include:

Topics are selected by each district based on need. Topics can be selected from the list above. New session topics can also be created.
